Privacy policy
This policy explains how personal data submitted through this site is handled. It concerns only the enquiry form on the “Work with me” page: the site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Provisional text, pending review by our Irish solicitor.
Data collected
The enquiry form collects only what you enter into it: name, email address, company, role, the stage you are at, your brief context and your preferred language. No personal data is collected from visitors who do not submit the form.
Purpose and legal basis
These details are used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to begin a professional conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Recipient and processing
Your message is relayed by email to our contact inbox and is not stored on this site. It is processed by our own function hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered by Resend, an email provider — no third-party form service is used. Both act solely to transmit your message; it is not sold, shared or transferred to any third party for any other purpose.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel or third-party script. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request is made to an external font service.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, and may object to or restrict its processing, at any time by writing to contact@franckbrunet.com.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission.
